Women's Resource Center of Hickory
Women’s Resource Center (WRC), established in 1987, works to advocate for the personal empowerment and economic self-sufficiency of women and families regardless of race, religion, ethnicity, socio-economic status, or orientation. WRC strongly believes in the equality and social justice of all individuals. More than being non-discriminatory, they actively support, celebrate, and advocate for LGBTQIA+ individuals, as well as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color), and AAPI (Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders). Bottom line, they are here for ALL women!
